BACKGROUND • Greenwood Holding, LLC acquires Willow Ridge, Ltd in 2008. • Willow Ridge the former majority shareholder in the Knights of Pythias Greenwood Cemetery • Renewed Partnership with Friends of Greenwood • Team of renowned historians, architects, and archeologists develop plans for property renovation and beautification • Request input and guidance from the community

OBJECTIVES • Restore and revitalize Greenwood Cemetery sensitive to the needs of the past, present, and future generations. • Meet the needs of CTCA Patients and Caregivers with new Guest Quarters, clinical expansion, and additional parking. • Restore “Cottage Farm” – Residence of Dr. Benjamin Rush on grounds of Greenwood Cemetery.

OVERALL BENEFITS • Major commitment towards the restoration, preservation and protection of the cemetery as perpetual community green space • Stabilization of the Benjamin Rush House • Meet the needs of CTCA Patients and Caregivers with new Guest Quarters, clinical expansion, and additional parking. • Provide additional economic stimulus to community in terms of more jobs and capital expenditures
