  1. Welcome to No Wrong Door Online Training No Wrong Door partners are: Southern Health Dandenong Casey General Practice Association South East Palliative Care Monash Division of General Practice Monashlink Community Health Services

  2. What is No Wrong Door? No Wrong Door is an agreement between partner ambulatory services to assist referrers to navigate the service system.  Where a referral has been deemed ineligible by the receiving service, the referral is redirected to a more appropriate alternative service in consultation with the referrer.

  3. To access the No Wrong Door website, you will need to enter via the Southern Health website. Simply, click on the drop-down menu “Health Professionals” then, click on the heading “No Wrong Door”

  4. This is the first page you will see relating to the No Wrong Door website. Enter your username and password as you would with other applications. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgotten your password?” link. Follow the prompts and your password details will be forwarded to you.

  5. This is the No Wrong Door front page. It reiterates what No Wrong Door is and provides links to the No Wrong Door partner agency websites via the relevant logos. The menu on the left-hand side provides links to other relevant areas of the No Wrong Door website. Simply click on the area you wish to enter.
