Contexte • Règlement (CE) n°882/2004 – Art. 41 : obligation pour les EM d’établir un plan de contrôle pluri-annuel intégré (MANCP) – En vigueur depuis 2007 • Règlement (CE) n°882/2004 – Art. 45 : obligation pour la CE de mener des audits généraux et spécifiques pour vérifier la conformité des contrôles nationaux au MANCP

Contexte • Passage du système « classique » des inspections au système du « General audit » • Objectifs du General audit : vérifier que les contrôles sont conformes : • Au MANCP • Au droit communautaire • Le General audit vérifie la validité et le respect du MANCP à travers une série d’audits spécifiques
