IL QUADRO DI RIFERIMENTO • Risorse culturali come risorse “immobili” sottoutilizzate dei territori • “Trasformare in vantaggio competitivo l’insieme delle risorse naturali, culturali e paesaggistiche locali per aumentare l’attrattività anche turistica del territorio, migliorare la qualità della vita dei residenti e promuovere nuove forme di sviluppo economico sostenibile” (QSN 2007-2013) • Come fare ?   4. LE RISORSE PER INVESTIMENTI: Nel Mezzogiorno alla Priorità 5 è allocato in via programmatica il 9 per centodelle risorse finanziarie (Fondi Strutturali e FAS) ovvero circa 10 miliardi di euro
