Eligibleand Non-EligibleImpairment Types The following 8 impairment types are eligible A an athlete must be affected by at least one of the impairments listed B the impairment must result directly from a health condition The followingimpairmenttypes are noteligible Mental functions Hearing functions Pain Joint stability Muscle endurance functions Motor reflex functions Involuntary movement reaction functions Tics and mannerisms Cardiovascular functions Respiratory functions Any exclusion listed in table 1 Impaired muscle power resulting from disuse Hypotonia (e.g. associated with Down or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) • Hypertonia • Ataxia • Athetosis • Limb deficiency • Impaired Passive Range of Movement • Impaired Muscle Power • Leg Lenght Difference • Short stature
