  1. 2014 P3 Center Grants Webinar Series Webinar 1: Grants Workshop Overview and Strategies Thursday, May 22, 9a-12p: (WebEx for slides/Teleconference for Audio) •         Getting started •         Grantsmanship - Hints for Success •         One-stop shop for resource tools •         Grant writing strategy with focus on the all-important SPECIFIC AIMS Presenters: Carole Cramer, P3 Center Director, and Cheryl Nichols, Director of Research & Technology Transfer at Arkansas State University The remaining 2 sessions will focus on competing for USDA and NSF highlighting agency-specific requirements and review processes. These webinars will be followed by a summer hands-on workshop (date TBD) – “Empowering your grant idea” – which will be by invitation based on submission of proposal abstract and agency target.
