  10. Febelfin Academy • The Certificate Program is developed under the “patronage” of Febelfin Academy in close collaboration with ABAF-BVFA, ATEB and ATEL. It has been approved by the International Group of Treasury Associations (IGTA accredited) and has been accredited by EFFAS (European Federation Financial Analysts Societies). • 4 modules • M1: Financial Markets, market research and functioning • M2: Advanced Risk Management • M3: Corporate Finance for Risk Management • M4: Advanced Risk Management

  11. Financial Observatory Risk HuguesPirotte, Professor Solvay Business School, will contribute with : • A new page in the magazine dedicated to risk management • Last Tuesday in May : half-day Risk Management training. This training will be proposed by HuguesPirotte every year at the same time.

  16. CO2 neutral In 2007, ATEL became CO² neutral. It was important to us to be involved in the efforts of reductions of the carbon emissions and to take steps to reduce more the polluting rejections. We use : • Recycled paper • Train more than plane • Internet mailings more than sending in large number by mail. We have invested in projects of durable development in emerging countries Even if these measures and actions remain small and have individually a limited impact, we are convinced that, anyway, it is right to show an example and the daily behaviour to adopt to stand up for the pollution of earth.

  17. Global Compact In 2011, ATEL joined the Global Compact UN initiative and will develop the relationship in order to become the sponsor of the Luxembourg Chapter. Being part of Global compact is for us to show our commitment towards sustainable business development and ethical business practice. Human Rights • Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and • Principle 2: Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.   Labour • Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; • Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor; • Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labor; and • Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.  Environment • Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; • Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and • Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.    Anti-Corruption • Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
