  2. Spiral 2 Summary 1. Ported KanseiGenie to NetEye (Wayne State), and provided support to porting efforts at OKGems (Oklahoma State) • Created v1.1 KanseiGenie Installer 2. Extended Researcher Portal with stitched federated experimentation support 3. KanseiGenie extension for fine-grained resource management 4. Open to outside researchers through the web portal (2000+ experiments) 5. Complete L2 VLAN connection between Kansei and NetEye 6. Others • Online experiment visualization service • Collaboration with GMOC, exported KanseiGenie health meta data

  3. Spiral 3 Roadmap 1. Fine-grained federated resource discovery and scheduling • RSpec (WSNDL) based resource discovery and leasing • GENI AM API with InCommon/Shibboleth support 2. Kansei doctor and its integration with the I&M plane 3. Extend KanseiGenie Researcher Portal • Support experiment workflow management for federated slices • Coordinate with existing workflow scripting language 4. Experiments Planned • What experiments people run on KanseiGenie • Test WSN MAC protocols on various sensor platforms (5 platforms) • Test WSN routing protocols on our large array (400+ motes) • KanseiGenie now spans two aggregates via NLR • Kansei and NetEye • KanseiGenie is expanding • Researchers from 20 institutions used KanseiGenie • Constantly being used for experiments • 2,000+ experiments over this year • 400+ experiments since last month (right before the deadline for an academic conference on WSN)
