Osha • The Trinidad and Tobago Occupational Safety and Health Authority and Agency (OSHA) was formed on August 17, 2007.  The Authority was established in October 2006 on the basis of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2004 (as amended) {OSH Act}. The OSH Authority is a multi stakeholder advisory body to the Minister of Labour and Small and Micro Enterprise Development (MLSMED).  The core task of the Authority is to encourage the enforcement of the OSH Act, to promote training, research, information and to make Regulations and approve Codes of Practice. 

  6. Power tools use in elctrical A power tool is a tool that is actuated by an additional power source and mechanism other than the solely manual labour used with hand tools. The most common types of power tools use electric motors.Internal combustion engines and compressed air are also commonly used. Other power sources include steam engines, direct burning of fuels and propellants,[1] or even natural power sources like wind ormoving water. Tools directly driven by animal power are not generally considered power tools

  7. Electrical hand tools A hand tool is any tool that is not a power tool – that is, one powered by hand (manual labour) rather than by an engine.[1] Some examples of hand tools are hammers, spanners, pliers, screwdrivers andchisels. Hand tools are generally less dangerous than power tools

Electrical symbols An electronic symbol is a pictogram used to represent various electrical and electronic devices (such as wires, batteries, resistors, and transistors) in a schematic diagram of an electrical or electronic circuit. These symbols can (because of remaining traditions) vary from country to country, but are today to a large extent internationally standardized. Some symbols represent components which ceased to be used routinely as newer technologies were introduced (such as vacuum tubes).

  9. Electrical circuits • An electrical circuit is a path which electrons from a voltage or current source flow. Electric current flows in a closed path called an electric circuit. The point where those electrons enter an electrical circuit is called the "source" of electrons. The point where the electrons leave an electrical circuit is called the "return" or "earth ground". The exit point is called the "return" because electrons always end up at the source when they complete the path of an electrical circuit. The part of an electrical circuit that is between the electrons' starting point and the point where they return to the source is called an electrical circuit's "load"
