  4. 影音收視須知 • 確認是否連線正常。 • 開防火牆。 • 播放影音之機器請勿安裝其它影音播放軟體。 • 觀賞直播及VOD 請先安裝「Windows Media Player」播放軟體（第9版以上）。 • 下載網址：http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Browse.aspx?displaylang=zh-tw&categoryid=4 • 試播放測試影音檔案。 • 收看600K影音檔案至少需要下載頻寬1Mbps。 • 勿與其它機器共用網路頻寬，以免影響收視品質。
