INFORME DE PRUEBAS DE AGOSTO • Lo trabajado hasta la anterior reunión, ya fue entregado a los Vicedecanos y Coordinadores (Informes, Talleres, reuniones). • Según lo planificado (Cronograma) el informe debe ser entregado hasta el 15 de Septiembre (HOY) • Los siguientes compañeros han entregado con corte hasta el 14 de Septiembre 17H00 • BIBLIOTECOLOGÍA - LCDA.   7. MATRÍZ No. 1 (Realizar una planificación) MATRÍZ No. 2 (Identificación de las áreas de mejora)

  8. MATRÍZ No. 3 (Selección de las acciones de mejora) Se rellenarán tantas tablas como áreas de mejora identificadas.

  9. MATRÍZ No. 4 (Realización una planificación y seguimiento) Una vez elegidas por orden de prioridad, procedemos a construir el plan de mejoras incorporando también los elementos que permitirán realizar el seguimiento detallado del plan para garantizar su eficacia y eficiencia, de acuerdo con la tabla que se añade a continuación. La tabla obtenida, posiblemente, implicará a la unidad evaluada y a otros órganos de la universidad, lo que obligará a realizar una negociación entre los diferentes implicados, con el fin de obtener el acuerdo. Dicho acuerdo constituirá el plan que se aplicará para obtener la mejora de la calidad del servicio prestado y que deberá ser claramente percibida por los destinatarios finales.
