  2. 五十肩年輕化的問題已越來越嚴重了，

  3. 日前更有一個案例是一位二十多歲的女性研究生，因為要拚順利畢業，拚命的趕寫論文，所以每天在電腦前埋頭苦幹達十多小時，

  4. 結果在一兩個月前，肩膀開始感到不適及痠痛，最後痠痛到手都不能抬起來，穿內衣時手也無法後扣，除了對論文的進度造成影響外，生活品質也因此而降低，

  5. 經過就診後才發現，是罹患了所謂的五十肩。

  6. 五十肩之所以被稱為五十肩，是因為這種肩部酸痛的情況是好發於約五十歲左右的人士身上，

  8. 頭、頸及肩部長時間處於不正確姿勢的狀態，又沒有適當的休息及做一些伸展、舒緩肌肉的運動，造成肩部酸痛，最後變成五十肩，也使得五十肩有年輕化的趨勢。
