    2. 2 HBIC Mission To provide a supportive environment for growth-oriented technology companies through: Infrastructure Mentorship Professional service providers Networking assisting Harford County entrepreneurs achieve success by encouraging commercial and technical innovation and accelerating the development of commercially viable technology-based entities HBIC is a nonprofit organization with an independent board of directors.

    3. 3 Building on Success Based on a decade long Harford County program at the HEAT Center: 100 jobs created 14 companies assisted including: RTR Technologies, LLC Top Maryland Small Business (2009) A3 Technologies, LLC Technology licensed from APG

For modest monthly fee receive: Use of 1-2 person office for 2 days/month Use of conference room for half day/month Use of the HBIC address Discounted conference room rates Copier use at discounted market rates HBIC networking activities Discounts to HBIC sponsored training events Coming: Access to business/incubation services $250+/month value for $125 per month or $1,350 per year (10% discount)
