  4. Cadet Pilot Programme • Guest speaker: Ms. Doris Au • (Manager Crew Resources, Crew Resources Department, Dragonair)

  5. Engineering • Guest speaker: Ir Crystal Ho • (Design Management Engineer I – Civil, MTR Corporation Limited) • Young Engineer of the Year Award 2009 • Graduating with a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, • She is now working as a Design Management Engineer I – Civil in the MTR Corporation Limited • She was the Chairman of the Young Members Committee of the HKIE in Session 2008/2009

Engineering • She has participated in the HKIE School Ambassadors Programme as a school ambassador and the coordinator • She was actively involved in conducting site inspection for broken school buildings in remote mountainous regions. • She plays an active role in the 5•12 Sichuan rebuilding projects and she has collaborated with other young engineers to form the “5•12 Young Engineers Alliance” which aims to provide assistance in relief and reconstruction work in Sichuan

Medicine • Guest speaker: Dr. Yannie Soo • (Neurologist, Chief of Stroke Service, Prince of Wales Hospital, Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong) • She has been a Sacred Heartist since she was in Kindergarten • After graduated, she pursued further study at Faculty of Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong • She received her overseas training in stroke neuroimaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Harvard Medical School in 2006

  8. Medicine • She is currently a Neurologist, Chief of Stroke Service at Prince of Wales Hospital and Honorary Assistant Professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong • She has active participation in stroke thrombolysis and telestroke development in Hong Kong and has pioneered 24-hour stroke thrombolysis using telestroke in Hong Kong • Won the HIMSS-Elsevie’r Digital Healthcare Award 2013 • A recipient of Health and Medical Research Grant in 2013 and has over 40 publications in peer-reviewed international journals • She has received awards including Young Investigator Award by Hong Kong College of Physicians, Best Teacher Award by The Chinese University of Hong Kong etc

  9. Product Design • Guest speaker: Ms. Catherine Mui • (Co-founder, Design Director, GOODSS) • She earned a Bachelor of Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2005 • She began her exploration of Europe by signing up with various design schools • Following stincts in exchange studies at Central St Martins College of Art & Design in London and University of Art & Design Helsinki in Finland • In 2007, Mui won the Best Practising Designer of Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award • She received a scholarship for her Master in Design and graduated at Domus Academy in Milan.

Product Design • She won numerous awards including RedDot Design Award, ‘40 under 40’ Top Asian Young Design Talent, Pespective Award, Spot Design Award, iF Design Award China, Smart Gifts Design Award and Hong Kong Global Design Award, Top 10 Outstanding Greater China Design Award and China’s Most Successful Design Award etc. • The Executive Committee of Hong Kong Designers Assocation and Board of Advisor of UnityOne Charitable Assocaition • Mui provides profound leadership and industry knowledge in raising awareness of the importance of human nature

  11. Psychology • Guest speaker: Ms. Michelle W.S. Liu • (Clinical Psychologist, Kowloon Hospital) • She is an alumna of SHCC and currently a clinical psychologist • She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong • A member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society • She has experience of providing psychological services to different clienteles, including inmates in correctional institutions and children

  12. Psychology • She is working in an adult psychiatric unit of a public hospital where she provides assessment, individual and group psychotherapy to patients suffering from common mental disorders and severe mental illness • She has research publications in the areas of psychopathology and psychotherapy

  13. Social work • Guest speaker: Mr. Sunny Chan • (Registered Social Worker) • He was graduated from the City University of Hong Kong, Social Sciences in Social Work • He is active in social service in youth work • He has participated in center-based, School project such as outdoor activities like hiking, camping, volunteer training, leadership training • He has 3 to 4 years experiences
