  6. Multiple Meaning Words Definition: Words that are spelled the same, but have different meanings depending on the context. Example: BARK

  8. Multiple Meaning Words Example: BALL The princess attended the royal ball. vs. The pitcher threw the ball toward the batter.

  9. Multiple Meaning Words Example: SWALLOW After having his tonsils removed, it hurt Alan to swallow his food. vs. Micah enjoyed bird-watching. Today, a swallow was hanging around the birdhouse.
