Community EOC 12,000 SF Emergency Operations Center A single EOC for all county entities City of College Station City of Bryan Brazos County Texas A&M University Emergency Managers from all entities are co-located in the facility Set up and ready to go 24 Hours/Day Can be activated by any of the entities All entities are equal partners

  6. Area Wide Radio System Joint Effort for Federal Radio Interoperability Grant 700 MHz Radio System Entities City of College Station City of Bryan Brazos County Texas A&M University

Mutual Aid Agreements Hazardous Materials Response CSFD Primary Hazardous Materials Response group for the 7 County Region TAMU EHS has an agreement to respond and assist if needed Often provides standby for equipment & personnel for distant responses Share in equipment purchases Prevents duplication of equipment and allows for more specialized purchases

  8. Joint Communications EHS Staff on College Station Paging System EHS Haz-Mat techs receive all CS Haz-Mat pages EHS has in-house procedures for response Select EHS staff receive FD Admin Pages FD General Alarm Pages Shared Radio Talk groups
