With less custom code, fewer technical requirements to design emails, and more testing capabilities, Kentico 11 promises to make life easier for business and technical users alike. In the area of sales and marketing, the platform includes a new Salesforce CRM integration that allows developers to connect with their audience more effectively and gain a better understanding of the customer journey. It’s also important to note that Kentico 11’s Email Builder has been completely redesigned and now allows for drag-and-drop creation of newsletters and campaigns, as well as an in-browser preview view for desktop and mobile devices.
