Graduation: A Team Effort (GATE) Graduation: A Team Effort (GATE) is working at the local, regional and statewide level to support comprehensive whole child systems that help students be more successful. We are supporting students and families in their communities by addressing barriers and coordinating support services.  We want every Washington student to graduate from high school ready for college, a career and a productive life.
