  3. Division in the Body makes it Impossible to Eat the Lord’s Supper When you come together, it is not the Lord’s supper that you eat.  For in eating, each one goes ahead with his own meal. One goes hungry, another gets drunk.  1 Corinthians 11:220-21

  4. The Lord’s Supper is not primarily a Private observance. Rather it is a Corporate communing with the Lord For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.   1 Corinthians 11:29

  5. The Church in the 21st Century needs: Self Examination: Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 1 Corinthians 11:28
