  6. Re-zoning Overview • Site is 5.12 acres • Current zoning designation is inconsistent with its future land use designation • Re-zoning would allow for a potential net increase of 19 dwelling units on site

  7. Staff Recommendation • Staff finds the proposed request consistent with the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Code. • Staff recommends that the Commission approve the re-zoning with the bases as stated in the Staff Report.
