  1. Attending kids self-defence classes makes them confident to fight. Kids need to know that when it comes to a threatening situation, one shall know how to get out of it on their own and that is when we start talking about self-defense. Self- defence is a technique wherein people use certain movements and tricks to defend themselves and attack the enemies in order to get away from a dangerous situation. Krav Maga Krav Maga is a traditional fighting, hand-to-hand, combat system that is a blend of boxing, Muay Thai, judo, fight training and grappling. The purpose or the main goal of Krav self defense training is that the fight can be quickly dealt with by delivering enough damage to the enemy or the threat. Not only learning this helps the kids to train for the fighting but also teaches them valuable self-defense skills along the way.
