  4. Student Affairs... unit on campus responsible for the out-of-classroom education of students (Miller & Winston, 1991) that address their basic personal needs (IASAS, 2001)

  5. Primary Objective of Student Formation Establish character and to make character more efficient through mental discipline LeBaron Russell Riggs, 1904, first Dean of Student Affairs,USA.

  12. Effect of Student Formation on the Formator When I serve young people, I serve my God. When I see young people transformed and I know I was part of the transformation, that inspires me a lot (APU 7) .
