  5. Waste Duty of Care Enforcement Under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act (1990) all businesses producing waste have a legal duty to ensure that all waste is stored and disposed of in accordance with the above Act

Fly-Tipping Fly-tipping in Wrexham reaches record levels Published date: 14 October 2009 | Published by: Phil Robinson Fly-tipping in Wrexham reaches record levels  FLY-TIPPING incidents in Wrexham have soared by a massive 66 per cent in just three years and this contrasts starkly with a large reduction in the illegal dumping of waste recorded across the rest of Wales.
