  3. Tom and Nicole were in love. Tom was a son of rich, noble family, and Nicole was an orphan. They promised each other to marry soon, but they confronted the opposition of Tom's family.

  4. They felt that Nicole would not be a good spouse for Tom because of her backgrounds. One day, Tom's father met Nicole and urged her to leave his son, Tom without even saying goodbye.

  5. Nicole was in conflict in with herself. She couldn't decide whether she would stay near Tom in spite of the opposition of family, or she would leave him for his future. For a long time, Nicole looked very depressed and worried, so Tom could assume that something bad happened to her.

  6. However, Tom thought that it might not be big things. Finally, Nicole decided to leave Tom, and left without saying goodbye. Tom was filled with sorrow and felt bitter against her heartlessness.
