  5. Assess Your Personal Strengths • Understand Strengths • Understand Limitations • Surround yourself around people who complement you. • Delegate accordingly • Work on areas to assist in becoming a better leader

  6. Lead Self • Who am I? • What are my values and core beliefs? • What kind of leader do I want to be? • What motivates me?

  7. Learn How People Perceive You • Provides better communication • Ask non-threatening questions • Provide a way to get anonymous feedback
