  1. When you open the ASM Word template it will look like this.

  2. Step 1: Double click the header to edit the “Cycle / Year” and to insert photos where the gray boxes are. You will need to delete the gray boxes; they are just there to be used as guides for your photos. Step 2: To insert a photo use the insert menu and select “insert photo” to upload. Adjust photo size to fit template. Hold down shift to avoid stretching photo. Step 3: Once you have inserted your photos right-click on your mouse and select “Arrange” then select “Move to Back” to allow the green bar on top of the images.

  3. Step 4: To exit the header section of the document, click on the “close” tab to go back and edit the main document text.

  4. Step: 5 Now the document will look like this. The header will be transparent at the top and you are now able to edit the text to fit your needs. Step 6: Just save your document and eureka, you have your own custom program template.
