  5. Here are some social issues…but not all! • Poverty • Violence • Pollution • Unemployment • War • Racism • Gun Control • Peace • Population • Animal Abuse • Abuse • Homelessness • Discrimination • Social equality What is important to you? What’s your thing?

  9. I Can Change the WorldPoster Assignment • The students will search for an active issue or problem. • The students will juxtapose, overlap, and layer images to create their poster. • The students will experiment with creating clear, dynamic compositions in reference to their topic of choice.

  10. Homework • Pick a social issue that you can relate to or you find that you passonate about. • Write a brief statement explaining why it is important to you. \ If you have any concerns or comments let me know! Have FUN!
