HELP IS NEEDED IN ALL AREAS. • TRY YOUR LUCK ITEMS: appliances, unwanted Christmas gifts, like new items. Bring items to the meeting, church office or flea market trailer. • BAKERS - We need you too: We can use your home-baked cakes, pies or homemade cookies and brownies for our Sweet Shop. Another way to volunteer is to work at the “slice and dice” on Saturday, October 9th, beginning at 9:00 am (bring your knife and cutting board). • Did you buy or sell your RAFFLE TICKETS? Do you need more to sell? Pick up extra tickets to buy or sell in the Narthex of the church or at the church office. Thanks you. • GIVING WALL: – Have you bought your symbol for the wall? (FORM ON THE REVERSE SIDE) • $ 2.00 = Child’s Booster (provide the child’s name, one balloon per child) • $10.00 = Family Booster (all your family names listed, include your pets too) • $25.00 = Memorial (In Loving Memory) or • Special Dedication (Congratulations or Happy Birthday) • $25.00 = Ministry - Alter Server Ministry, Choir, Eucharistic Ministry, Lector Ministry, • Sacristans, Usher, Youth Ministry, Bingo, St Vincent de Paul, Knights of Columbus, • Legion of Mary. • $50.00 = Business Sponsor Wall – Let’s make this year a better year than last. Add your flyer or business card to the wall for only $50.00. • ADVANCED RIDE TICKETS are on sale now. You can take advantage of a great savings by purchasing your ride tickets prior to the start of the Festival. Tickets are selling (before Festival) at $10.00 per sheet of 20 tickets. During festival the same tickets will sell for $15.00 a sheet. Stop in the Narthex of the church after mass or come to the church office and get in on this deal. Anyone can purchase ride tickets prior to the festival – remember your family friends or neighbors. Don’t miss out • FESTIVAL BINGO: October 10th – Parish Hall – help us pack the hall. Also, join us every Wednesday during October, except Wednesday October 13th. The proceeds for the month of October will go towards the Festival.
