Establishing a school-based system • Using awhole school approach to mental health promotion, a School Case Management (SCM) team or equivalent is established • Strong support of the school executive & school community in general is provided • SCM team is responsible for collaboratively devising an integrated action plan for individual students with support needs. 3.1.13 www.agca.com.au
