Customer Profile:B&Q is the sub company of fortune 500 Kingfisher Group UK (headquarter in London) which is the biggest in Europe world leading home design and retail company. B&Q China has dozens of stores and a compete home design, decoration and supplying services. • Customer Pains: • Hundreds of venders should be managed efficiently who should be easy to access, ask for quotation and trace the products supply process transparently. • Contracts with vender, partner, and users are supposed to go through the process easily and high efficiently.
