  3. PROCESOS DE MANEJO EXCLUSIVO • Sanción por Mora en Cesantías • Costo Acumulado ( Escalafón Docente ) • Incrementos ISS por personas a cargo • Reliquidación de Pensiones

  4. MORA EN CESANTIAS • Ley 1071 de 2006. • Ley 244 de 1995.

  5. COSTO ACUMULADO • Decreto Ley 2277 de 1979. • Ley 715 de 2001. • Decreto 1095 de 2005. • Decreto 241 de 2008.

  6. MORA EN SUS CESANTIAS • Cesantías Definitivas antes de Julio 31 de 2006. • Cesantías Parciales después del 31 de Julio de 2006.

  7. MORA EN SUS CESANTIAS • FONDO PRESTACIONAL DEL MAGISTERIO. • Mora mayor a sesenta (60) días como lo establece la Ley 1071 del 2006, DESPUES DE REALIZADA LA SOLICITUD DE LAS CESANTÍAS.

  8. BENEFICIARIOS • Son los empleados y trabajadores del Estado. ( Incluyendo Docentes ).

  9. TERMINOS • Dentro de losquince (15) días hábilessiguientes a la presentación de la solicitud de liquidación de las cesantías definitivas o parciales . • 45 Dias para Pagar.

  10. SANCIÓN POR MORA • Opera una vez vencido los términos anteriores : 60 días • CANCELARÁ AL BENEFICIARIO, UN DÍA DE SALARIO POR CADA DÍA DE RETARDO HASTA QUE SE HAGA EFECTIVO EL PAGO DE LAS MISMAS,para lo cual SOLO BASTARÁ ACREDITAR LA NO CANCELACIÓN.

  11. REQUISITOS • Solo podrán reclamar en este proceso quienes hayan solicitado : • Sus cesantías después del año 2006. (Año en el que se implanto la Ley del reconocimiento de la sanción por mora). • Quienes desde el momento de la radicación de la solicitud de sus cesantías, haya trascurrido un plazo considerable después de 60 días hábiles, plazo estipulado para el pago de las mismas.

  12. DOCUMENTOS SOLICITADOS AL CLIENTE SOLICITUD DE RADICACIÓN DE CESANTIAS. RESOLUCIÓN QUE RECONOCE LAS CESANTÍAS PARCIALES O DEFINITIVAS, CON LA CONSTANCIA DE NOTIFICACION DE LA RESOLUCION. RECIBO DE PAGO O CERTIFICACION BANCARIA DEL PAGO. DILIGENCIAR LOS PODERES REQUERIDOS PARA INICIAR EL PROCESO DEBIDAMENTE AUTENTICADOS.
