  4. Point - & - Click • Point & Click Method: • The Point - & - Click method is where the interpreting physician • clicks on the + or – sign of a node/symptom on the left, and the • document is automatically populated, on the right, with complete sentences.

Record the macro while • documenting a condition and set permissions (individual, selected • group or all) • To use it simply select the pertinent macro and the Medical Record is created

  8. Self-Customizable • Self-customizable: • - The tree structure itself is self-customizable by right-clicking. Positive and • negative sentences can be added here and they will be automatically added to • the documentation when that node is selected • Nodes can be moved around via drag and drop. This allows to furthe • customize the module to suite ones needs • Customization can be applied to an individual user, a group of users, the • whole clinic or to all satellite clinics

  10. Dictation & Transcription • Dictation and transcription • - For users who prefer to dictate notes, one can click on the far right corner • of the document, and a recording window will open. Users can record • directly into the system where files are stored as MP3, which can be later • retrieved and transcribed into the system and attached to the patient folder
