SCHEDULE AND GENERAL INFORMATION • If you would like to place an ad in the program, please see the attached flyer and note the due date, which is this Wednesday. • If you or your parent would like to provide food for before or during each performance, or between the two Saturday performances, you may certainly do so. Lighter items are desirable; nothing messy, chocolate, drippy, gooey, gross or too heavy. Fruit and cheese would be nice…oysters would not be so great. You get the idea. If you’d like to help with food, please contact Jean Wannall at 898-4282 or jwannall@keuka.edu. • If you would like a t-shirt with the Bye Bye Birdie logo, please complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Twitchell, WITH YOUR MONEY, no later that Wednesday, March 11th. • SCHEDULING INFORMATION: • We are not needed at rehearsal on MONDAY, MARCH 9th. • We will meet after school at 3:00 p.m. in the aud on TUESDAY, MARCH 10th. We need to move the scrim, finish some painting, and aim some lights. We will also make final assignments for the show, so ALL CREW MUST ATTEND. We will not be needed at rehearsal that night, either. • We are not needed at rehearsal on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11th. Depending on how things go on Tuesday, we may meet after school that day. • We ARE needed at rehearsal on THURSDAY, MARCH 12th.
