Interim Procedures for Major IT Projects Control (Development Approval) Agency Submits Project Proposal and Charter to PMD PMD Coordinates Secretariat Oversight Committee Meeting Secretariat Oversight Committee Recommends Project to PMD and CIO PMD Performs Initial Review and Provides Feedback to Agency 30 work days prior to ITIB Meeting IT Project Review Committee Recommends Development Approval/ Disapproval to ITIB CIO Recommends Development Approval/ Disapproval to IT Project Review Committee and ITIB PMD Performs Final Review and Recommends Development Approval/ Disapproval of Project to CIO ITIB Grants Development Approval of Project or Disapproves Project

Interim Procedures for Major IT Projects Evaluate Agency Develops Project Plan with Performance Measures Secretariat Oversight Committee Approves Detailed Project Baselines and Performance Measures (Dashboard) Agency Manages Project Baselines and Reports Monthly Progress on IT Projects (Dashboard) Internal Agency Oversight Manages Project Issues at Agency Level CIO Evaluates Projects and (when necessary) Recommends Project Termination to ITIB (Dashboard) Secretariat Oversight Committee Submits Monthly Evaluation of Project to CIO (Dashboard) Secretariat Oversight Committee Manages Project Issues Elevated by Internal Agency Oversight Committee PMD Conducts Monthly Evaluation of Project for CIO (Dashboard) PMD Evaluates Project Close-Out Report and Enters Lessons Learned into Information Clearing House At Recommendation of CIO ITIB Evaluates Project and (when necessary) Terminates Project Agency Develops and Submits Project Close- Out Report to PMD
