Key Observations/Takeaways • Tracking • Social Competition • Benchmarks • Hard to track user clicking through multiple platforms • Sometimes we forget the ‘bigger picture’ • Raises awareness, but not as sustainable • Individual systems that promote specialization (2care.com) • Social media can make a strong impact
