Capaciteit station Gent-Dampoort (capacité gare Gent-Dampoort) Vandaag: 3 sporen in station – 2 sporen naar station • (aujourd’hui: 3 voies dans la gare-même – 2 voies vers la gare) Toekomst  toename spoorverkeer: - directe treinen Gent-Dampoort-Brussel - méér P-treinen - méér containertreinen ex ANR-LO (DGD) - meer container/auto treinen ex ZBG • (dans l’avenir  croissance du trafic ferroviaire: • trains directs Gand-Dampoort – Bruxelles • plus de trains-P • plus de trains pour conteneurs ex ANR-LO (DGD) • plus de trains pour conteneurs/voitures ex ZBG)

Onze vraag: Nù onderzoeken  hoe verhogen # sporen! • (notre demande: étudier maintenant  comment ajouter # voies!) spoorinfrastructuur uitvoeren duurt 8 à 10 jaar • (construire une infrastructure ferroviaire prend 8 à 10 ans!)

Potentieel voor het spoor  kijk naar binnenvaart • gemiddelde lading binnenschip: 17.700.000 T = ± 1.100 T/schip = 1 trein 15.500 schepen • gemiddelde frequentie binnenschip: 3x/week • Lading = specialiteit spoor: • Petroleumproducten – granen – zand – steenkool – meststoffen • (potentiel pour chemins de fer  voir navigation intérieure • cargaison moyenne d’un navire intérieur: 17.700.000 t = ± 1.100 t/navire = 1 train 15.500 navires • fréquence moyenne d’un navire intérieur: 3x/semaine • cargaison: spécialité des chemins de fer: • produits pétroliers, céréales, sables, charbon, engrais)

  13. Suite • Voorstel  samen een studie doen voor modal shift binnenvaart  spoor! Binnenvaart  bestemming  spoor aansluiting? • Proposition: effectuer une étude ensemble sur un glissement des modes de transport navigation intérieure  chemin de fer! navigation intérieure  destination  raccordement aux chemins de fer?
