Methodology • Study Team indentified key stakeholders, in some cases a specific individual, in others a representative of an organisation or sector • These were contacted and invited to participate and arrange an appointment • Interview based on questions developed by the study team was recorded and a synopsis sent to most of the interviewees for comment • Case studies are the distillation of written notes on interviews Peter Fuller
