  3. INTRODUCTION Cost-benefit analysis is a term that refers both to • A formal discipline used to help appraise, or assess, the case for a project or proposal, which itself is a process known as project appraisal; • And an informal approach to making decisions of any kind.

Predict/calculate/Estimate all impacts over the life of the project Impacts – Jawad Towers: The advance of each shop and total of three shops • Advance: Rs.2,00000/-Advance: & Rs.6,00000/-(3 shops) • Monthly rent: monthly rent of each and thus cumulative rent of three shops.Rs.10,000/monthly & Rs.30,000/ monthly(3 shops) • Maintenance: The cost incurred on the maintenance of the shops. Rs.10,000/monthly (on all 3 shops)
