  2. Four Year Plan • pg. 3 classes and grades should be entered through sixth semester • Calculate core GPA on bottom right hand side • Keep the transcript from your counselor when you do your senior credit check

  3. Junior Brag Sheet • pg. 4 – as many boxes as possible should already be filled out, especially test scores • Useful information for resume

  4. Volunteer and Extracurricular Activities • Don’t quit as seniors! • Stay involved or get involved • www.volunteersoaz.org • Tutoring at Coronado, the library, your church, Habitat for Humanity, etc… • Demonstrate LEADERSHIP!!

Senior Checklist • pg. 10 August/September • Review your career plans and decide which type of school is right for you • Narrow your college list • Review catalogs and admissions information online • SAT/ACT deadline information can be found on their websites * You must take these tests at least six weeks before college application deadlines

  6. Transcript Request Form • To obtain a request form, you MUST see the IRHS Registrar, Ms. Kandi Clark, and fill out a yellow form • Please allow 3-5 working days for this request to be completed • Each official transcript costs $1.00 • The official transcript will be sent to the specified school or organization • Should you need a waiver, please see your counselor

  7. NCAA Clearinghouse • pg. 14 • Athletes should have registered at the end of their junior year to the Eligibility Center for participation in college athletics • See Mr. Jacobsen in the Athletic Office for assistance with course requirements needed for individual colleges
