  5. Where the jobs are on PEI – Tourism • On PEI, it’s predicted that 300 full-time jobs will go unfilled by 2015. Jobs most in demand are restaurant managers, cooks, and room attendants • Self employment in events planning looks promising. Three or four people work in third party event planning on PEI, compared to 20 independent planners in Halifax.
