DHDT Technology • Can upgrade straight run as well as cracked diesel streams • Sulphur reduction from ~1.8% to less than 50/ 10 ppm • Cetane improvement by 7-10 units • Proprietary catalyst • Joint licensing with Engineers India Ltd. • 1.2 MMTPA unit under construction at Bongaigaon Refinery. Commissioning in Mar, 2010 • 5.0 MMTPA unit under implementation at Paradip Refinery based on process data input from IOC R&D 11

INDAdept Process Adsorptive Deep desulphurisation • Only novel adsorptive, low cost, efficient deep desulphurisation technology for both Gasoline and Diesel • Proprietary adsorbent in hydrogen environment • Two reactors operated in swing mode of adsorption and regeneration H2 N2 Air Diesel 1 2 Adsorption Regeneration

Propylene yield ~18% on feed.
