  3. Registration • Juniors will meet with their counselors starting in February all the way through April. Seeing your counselor early has ZERO relevance on class placement.

COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS • If you complete at least one of the measures, you will get a special seal on your diploma. • You can’t have a student service if you haven’t completed at least one measure. • Your counselor will discuss with you if you have completed, or are close to a completing one of the measures.

  14. Summer 2019 • Remediation • Summer School at Canyon! • You must make up any failed courses. If you do not, you will not be able to graduate on time at Canyon. • Turning in summer school forms is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. • Summer school forms can be found on the Hart District website under “schools”. • Enrichment • College of the Canyons • OFL/Mission View • Only to be used for courses you have failed. • Independent Study and we really don’t recommend.

FINAL THOUGHTS • Please keep your completed Naviance and registration form with you at all times. • If you do not have your Naviance form completed when you see us, you will not be able to register. • Take the time to discuss with your parents if you have the transportation, time, and study habits needed for a COC or CCR class. • If you don’t come when summoned, we will create your schedule without your input.
