  3. Jogging • Jogging is a process of running at a slow speed. Many people go for a jog in order to keep fit and healthy. Jogging is a very cheap way of keeping fit because all what one need is a good pair of running shoes. Also, you can jog everywhere, but try to avoid places where the air is full of traffic fumes. It is also safer when you don't jog on hard pavements which could make you hurt after unlucky fall.

  4. Healthy diet Eating vegatables and fruits will affect your health well. It'll deliver you vitamins and microelements needed for correct functioning of your organism. As an effect you will be insusceptible to some illnesses. Vitamins also affect well many aspects of your health, for example: sight, skin look, bones, resilience, growth, blood and other.

  5. Smoking • If you want to be fit do not smoke. Smoking affects many aspects of your health. In negative ways, of course. It poisons your lungs and leads to problems with breathing which makes running uncomfortable, and sometimes impossible. That leads to sitting life style and many diseases.

  6. Stress • Every week we feel stressed. It's inevitable; however, try to avoid stressful situations because excessive stress affects your health badly, for example, rises blood pressure, increases risk of heart diseases, stomach problems and mainly- makes you unhappy and lazy towards exercises.
