  3. Exercise 1 • You are Project Manager for construction of a Cement Plant in Rajasthan. Due to an accident last month, lives of two workers were lost and work remain suspended for about 7 days. In the review meeting this Monday, Corporate Office representative pointed out that the Project appears to be 8 weeks behind and would miss the deadline of December 31. Your Executive Director is not happy and has asked you to give a report. • Please prepare an outline of the Report.

  4. Exercise 2 • You are Brand Manager of Pears Soap. Introduction of Fiama di Wills by ITC is threatening the market share. • Your Marketing Director has asked you to consult the Regional Sales Managers, Dealers and a few Retailers and prepare a report.

  5. Exercise 3 • You are working for UNIDO India. You have made a study of brass industry in and around Moradabad. • You have to submit a report on how UNIDO can help improve competitiveness of Moradabad’s brass industry.
