Grace • God loves man (Jn. 3:16; Eph. 2:4-5; 2 Thess. 2:16) • God wants man to be saved (1 Tim. 2:4; 2 Peter 3:9) • God sent Jesus to accomplish this • Gave up glory (Jn. 17:5; 2 Cor. 8:9; Phil. 2:6-7) • Become a sacrifice for us (Eph. 5:2; Heb. 9:26) • Died for sinners (Rom. 5:6-8) • He is the author/source of salvation (Heb. 5:9) • We should/must do what he says (Lk. 6:46)
