  2. Sleep Apnea is a sleeping disorder that can escort some serious health problems if left untreated. It is a common sleeping disorder in which a person faces breathing issues less than fourteen times an hour in a single night. Untreated Sleep Apnea can cause high blood pressure levels and some serious cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart stroke.
