  2. Background information • If you let the wet ingredients soak into the dry ingredientsin the refrigerator for 2 days,It will make the best cookie..

  3. Hypothesis If we let the wet ingredients soak in the dry ingredients, we think it will make the best cookies.

Materials or ingredients • 3 mixing bowls • an eletric blender or mixing spoon, • measuring cup, • plastic wrap, • refrigerator, • cookie sheet, • oven, • wire cooling rack (optional), • ingredients to make 2 batches of your favorite cookie, • containers to hold baked cookies (2), • volunteers to taste cookies, paper to make taste questionnaire,

  5. More materials or ingredients • Writing utensils, • Lab notebook, • Graph paper

  6. Procedure • Make the dough • Refrigerate for 2 days • Bake refrigerated dough, • Make 2nd batch • Repeat with 2nd batch

  7. Analyze Results You next have to have a taste test. This is when you gather volunteers to taste your cookies. After your taste test give out a questionnaire for the volunteers to tell you on paper how you did.
