  2. - Accommodation & Food Services - • Ram, Sham and Anthony are friends from college who just opened their own restaurant called “The three chefs”. They independently spent more than 10 years learning the nitty-gritty of restaurant businesses and saved up and borrow some money for the restaurant. The three of them segregated their jobs so as not to overlap one another’s. After a while, they thought of improving how their restaurant work.

  3. Analyze and develop a plan to improve the kitchen’s output

  4. Controlling their cost • Integrating reports and pricing data to project cost and make new changes • Using accounting software packages for the inventory reports, sales reports and pricing charts. • Hire/ask for a consultant
