  2. first week questions • Q: What year did the park become an official National Park and why? • A: It became a national park in 1916 because the Hawaiian volcanoes are a national monument so they decided to make it a national park • Q: How was the Park formed? • A: It was formed by convergent boundaries because my park is basically volcanoes and they are made from convergent boundaries.

Second week questions • Q: What type of rocks can be found inside your park? • A: you may find intrusive igneous rocks or extrusive, Intrusive , plutonic igneous rocks. • Q: What special landforms or features can be found in your park? • A: Kilauea is one of the fewest active volcanoes in the world and its there.

Third week Questions • Q: How is the land inside your park currently changing? • A: It is changing because convergent boundaries are making the volcanoes bigger there. • Q: What environmental issues are effecting your park? • A: Really with my park it’s the other way around because the smoke that comes out from the volcano pollutes the air and makes it really hard to breath at that time.

  5. Fourth week Questions • Q: How is technology used to preserve and maintain the park? • A: Scientists are using new technology there that lets them make predictions on when its going to erupt
