  1. July – The accident with David Gregg • March – Mrs. Gregg enters a rest home in Las Lunas • March – Collie Wilson suffers a breakdown and enters a Vietnam hospital. • Early May – Collie meets Julie at the library and they start dating • Late May – • Thursday – Helen sees Ray in a sandwich shop • Friday – Julie gets the acceptance letter and “I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER”

  2. Friday – 7:00pm – Julie and Barry go to Helen’s apartment and talk about the accident • Friday – 8:30pm – Julie arrives home and finds Ray there, then Bud arrives for their date. • Saturday – 9:00am – Helen goes to the pool at Four Seasons • Saturday – 11:00am – She meets Collie at the pool. • Saturday – 11:30am – Helen has a picture on her door.

  3. Saturday – 12:00pm – Ray receives a newspaper clipping • Monday – evening – Barry receives a phone call and is shot at the athletic field • Monday – 10:00pm – Helen hears the news of Barry’s shooting • Tuesday – 3:00am – Barry’s prognosis is good, Helen leaves the hospital

  4. Tuesday – 3:00pm – Ray picks Julie up at school and they go to the Gregg house • Tuesday – 4:30pm – Ray urges Helen and Julie to go to the police • Tuesday – 6:30pm – Ray drops off Julie and Bud calls her to ask her for a date. • Wednesday – pm – Barry thinks he is paralyzed.

  5. Wednesday – 12:30 – Bud and Ray go to lunch • Wednesday – 2:00pm – Collie and Helen argue at the pool • Wednesday – 5:00pm – Collie is in Helen’s apartment • Wednesday – 8:00pm – Bud arrives to pick up Julie for their date
